How a shared concern about financial information gaps led to the creation of a dedicated consumer education organisation.
Financial products in France are increasingly complex. Credit agreements, insurance policies, and banking contracts contain clauses that are difficult for most people to interpret without specialist knowledge.
At the same time, consumer protection legislation has expanded significantly. The Code de la consommation grants individuals substantial rights — withdrawal periods, complaint mechanisms, transparency obligations on sellers — but these rights are only useful if people know they exist.
Linqorvantis was created to close that gap. Not by providing legal advice or representing clients in disputes, but by equipping people with the knowledge to navigate financial offers more confidently on their own.
We explain how financial products work and what the law says. We do not tell individuals what to buy, sell, or do with their money. That distinction matters and we maintain it in every session.
Every session is built around real contract examples, actual regulatory texts, and situations participants encounter. Abstract explanations are kept to a minimum.
Financial literacy should not require a degree. Our sessions are designed for people with no prior knowledge of finance or law. Plain language is a core commitment.
Linqorvantis has no commercial relationship with any bank, insurer, or financial intermediary. Our content is not influenced by product providers.
Linqorvantis provides educational sessions and written resources. We help participants understand financial contracts, identify potentially misleading commercial practices, and locate the appropriate official channels for their situation.
We do not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or legal representation. We are an education and awareness organisation. For specific legal or financial situations, participants are directed to qualified professionals or official consumer bodies.
